On November 14, 2014, I collaborated on a performance, exhibition and installation with Kuldeep Singh, Noli me tangere (touch me not). Our performance grew from a series of ongoing discussions about Eastern and Western mythologies involving Gods committing the crimes of mortal men. This included the story of Leda and the Swan and Indra “the thousand-eyed god.” We then used these stories as fuel for discussions of colonization, gender, protest, ritual and play.
